Fantasy RP Region  (United States)

I would be very interested in having an RP Fantasy Region for the community. I would be more than willing to build and promote it to the 'outsiders' - There would be classes for new rp'ers to learn so that they can incorporated themselves into the community without the fear of making a 'mistake'. All would be welcome to learn and get involved in the rp - a fun kind of thing to do when you need to get away. I'd like to have a community tavern for new people to come and spend time with the residents there, events like, treasure hunts, grand ballroom dancing, and such.

I think it would be a fun region to have that everyone can come and relax in.

NOTE: No Gor, BDSM, slaves, etc. - AT ALL.

Pfft...yah...ok...if you say so.

Ok, so what kind of role playing would be acceptable in that region? Just curious.

Re: Fantasy RP Region  (United States)

Well I've RP'd in fantasy for a few years and it is most certainly possible to have the Good vs. Evil, Good & Evil team up against a mutual or *unknown* enemy, and many other rp scenarios without the heavy BDSM sex influence.

I mean, LOTR certainly didn't have that in it and yet it was an enjoyable movie.

With a little creativity and knowledge of how it all works, any rp can be successful. Just the same as any movie can be fantastic without need of T & A and blood and gore to fill in the blanks.
