I am using the R15 download to get into Open Life. I have registered, created my avatar, reset my password and done everything possible but it won't let me in.

I can get in using the details I created with I first registered with R14. Crazy and VERY frustrating. Nothing left to try!

When the Open life screen opens, down at the bottom I put in First name, last name and password and am told avatar is not registered but I got into this forum using it. What's happening??? Whatever it is it's been going on for 4 days or more.

Having just quickly checked your account that you used to post this forum message.

You haven't yet created an Avatar - Please create an Avatar in your Avatar Toolbox.

My Toolbox -> Avatar Toolbox -> Click Add Avatar.

Using the newly created Avatar details you will then successfully login.
