Here's a good tip for ya'.

Don't delete all your avatars and remake them and expect to own anything.

The UUID will change.

Inventory will be empty. etc, etc.

Proven stupidity. Again!

Yes, 'Deleting your Avatar', really is 'Deleting them!'...

For those whom are not sure what UUID meant, basically an Avatar is really located by a 'unique' string called a UUID and then a name attached to that. Deleting an Avatar from the Toolbox then recreating makes an entirely new 'unique' string, and so even with the same name, you will be a New Avatar, and nothing owned/ created by the previous Avatar of the same name will be owned by the new one.

So to expand on that subject, if you ever wish to abandon an AV and create another one, but still want to keep all your inventory, then create the new AV first, make all your creation (by the old AV) full perms and give them to your new AV. Then you can do whatever with the old AV. A bit like making a backup of inventory.  Of course, stuff that you did not create and are not transferable cannot be processed in this manner.

And I don't own the land/region anymore either.

Dreena is right - there surely must be something that Sakai can do.   Losing all your builds is bad enough but not owning the land anymore is terrible - you are paying for it!

Maybe Sakai could ressurect the old avatar - the details, UUID etc. must be still in the database somewhere.

Is your land set so that only your old avatar can buld on it?  If so I think that my land is set to allow anyone to build and I'm right next door to you so you could build on Penygil and stick it all in your pocket until your land /avatar gets sorted.

Well Ive tried to get it organised but to no avail. Emailed, IM'd and waited for responses.  I reckon someone even created an alt to reply to my blog post. That's funny.

I can't do anything regading land not even sell it.
