Standalone does not have a land transfer function but you could make another user a 'god' of a region ie. Region Owner.

This will mean you will require an SQLite Editior.

We are about to put one on this site in the downloads extra's area which is pretty useful for standalone.

Note that kind of editing is really for advanced users. We hope to make something a little more functional via a user interface in future.

Although in world (Openlife GRID) you can subdivide and transfer a parcel ie share half a region with a  friend :)

I have changed the region owner uuid as well as changing the region xml file to reflect master owner uuid and username etc.

But on server restart it does not allow a different user to do anything.
