Im totally lost now the firefox doesnt work any more for the chat
And the Internet explorer doesnt accept my password and name . Strange.

So you got to here. That's a login, you can also change your password too in your profile.
Note if u get it wrong 3 times in a row? I think it will lock u out for 15min.
(could that be part of it?)

I'm having the same problem (sometimes). Yesterday I was OK with Firefox but the day before all I got were Ajaxpro errors and my chat didn't appear.
With IE 7 I could get into chat but I got the message that I didn't have permission to post. I could post in the Foundation Residents' chat room and after going back and forth between the two on just one occasion it let me post in the general chat room; but the next time I tried general chat it once again said that I didn't have permission to post.
I'll take a look over it today.
Last time we just restarted it and it came clean for everyone.
