Prim Drift - consistent

This only seems to happen with sculpted prims, it's consistent.

Pics here.

Prims snap back to normal when the linked set is "shaken", ie. moved up and down in edit.

Re: Prim Drift - consistent

Maybe this is something I am not doing right.    I am not a building or texturing guru, but when I copy a prim and drag it next to its copy the two do not align, in fact they are stair-stepped off in the same direction by the same amount.   Could this be part of the same prim drift that is impacting sculpties?

Re: Prim Drift - consistent

Check which x/y arrows you are using.  World, local, or reference.  If they are slanted, your copy will be also.

Re: Prim Drift - consistent

It happened to me today with some non-sculpt prims.  Moving then moving back put them back in the correct alignment.

Re: Prim Drift - consistent

I'm aligned.    so i don't think it is that

world local and reference are just matters of scale, no?
